Ok, let me ask differently. Does anyone work for Baylor or Methodist in the DFW area?

Which baylor are you talking about? Because Baylor Allsaints Cityview is all RN and I think ...not 100% sure but I think downtown was switching to all RN. Now I work for agency and was told today that LVN's are able to go to Baylor Irving. But I dont Know the pay. I have looked at working for methodist but cant find any jobs for LVN's. Now I looked online but I remember going to Harris DT a few years ago and sitting through all the books of open positions and they did have LVN's at that time.

My co-worker, an LVN, worked for Medical City in Arlington last year and earned $13 hourly. We now work at the same nursing home where she earns $18.50 per hour.

Parkland Hospital starts LVNs at $13 to $14 hourly. The reality is that LVN hospital wages tend to be very crappy in and around the Metroplex. It's not worth it to me.
