Baptist San Antonio

I was just wondering if anyone here has been through the RN program at Baptist in SA. I have been accepted for the fall program and wanted to get some advice on what to expect.

I just graduated from Baptist, actually the first night RN class. I really loved it. I miss going to school and seeing everyone. The teachers were really great. They really care about their students. Don't expect it to be easy. Don't be overwhelmed though. U will make it. I think everyone in my evening class has passed the NCLEX. I don't know about the day class. But, generally they have a very good pass rate. I got a job at Baptist Downtown right out of school. They really try to recruit you to work at one of their hospitals, but this year it was a little harder to get hired on because Baptist has implemented the Gallup test to see if you would be a good fit and a lot of people didn't pass it. But, overall its a good school. I've heard about SAC and they don't seem to be doing as good a job preparing their students or even having any compassion towards them. Just a little overview for you.

Thank you for the replies. I went and all of the paperwork as well. It does seem like a lot of information, but I am excited.
