Balancing Work with School

I am a Dec 2007 LVN grad and I just took a position at a hospital. I'm trying to get in an RN program soon. My schedule has 8hr shifts /5 days a week with some rotations in the eveining. Right now I am in a couple of classes. Do you think it is possible to work full-time and go to school full-time?
