Apts/Condos Near North Harris College?

Hello All,

I am trying to move closer to North Harris college. I have looked at a few apartment complexes off of Richey Rd and Ella. The neighborhoods do not appear to be safe. I also read some reviews about the apts and safety was a big issue. I'm trying to find a place that is convenient to I-45 and 59. I work in Sugar Land and I'll be attending North Harris, so I would like to move closer to school or somewhere that is inbetween work and school. Can anyone recommend an apt complex or even private condos in a safe area? Thanks in advance!

I would seriously reconsider moving to the Ella/Richey area. It is a pretty rough area. There are some apartments behind North Harris on Hardy that are fairly safe, Avoid any of the apartments off Parramatta by North Harris. Avoid anyting by Greenspoing mall. Or perhpas split the diference between Sugarland and North Harris and check out the Rice/Medical Center/Galleria area.
