Anyone know about nursing in El Paso...Las Palmas?

I am considering taking a job at Las Palmas Medical Center in El Paso. I am from Texas, but never been to El Paso. Anyone have any info regarding cost of living, BSN pay, general life in El Paso? Any input would be greatly appreciated!!!

I was born and raised in El Paso. Left for college, and NEVER WENT BACK.
