Anyone been thorugh the TJC ADN program?

Howdy! I'll be finishing up the ADN program at TJC this fall. You can expect to be in school from 8AM to 4 PM monday thru friday. The first semester seems very disorganized. I found it to be the toughest. It's worth it, though. Good luck!

I am the other student who will start in August!! Congrats on your acceptance! I am scared to death, but totally excited to be one of the "chosen few!!" Cametoitlate has been a major help to me, and also PMed me to let me know that you were on here! There have been a couple of other posters on here who have been a big help to me, so hopefully, I can pass on info.

I too am an older student (but like Cametoit, I don't know about mature!!) who decided finally, what I wanted to be when I grew up!!!

Have you gotten the lastest packet that the ADN office sent out about 3 weeks ago? They had mentioned a tentative schedule. Of course they didn't list the actual days for the classes/labs or clinicals, but basically, it will go from 8:00-5:00 with clinicals being 5:30-5:30. I will email my friend who started in the spring to see what her schedule is like, and get back to you as soon as she emails me back.

Give me a PM anytime you have any questions and if I can't answer them, I'm sure that Cametoitlate or somebody else can!!!
