Any CLNC's from Texas?

I am considering legal nurse consulting and CLNC certification and would like to hear from anyone from Texas who is in this field. I have heard that tort reform in Texas has made it difficult for CLNC's to get cases for review. I haven't invested any money yet and would love to have some feedback.
