ACC wait list

Hello everybody!!! I just posted this question under someone elses thread, but I thought I should post my own thread because I know that I'm not alone in my wondering... Can anyone please please please tell me how long the Austin.C.C. wait is these days? I was at the hairdressers a few days ago, and the guy told me that even if you have a 4.0 it's a two year wait. Looking to the ADN webpage, I see two different answers and I know that the ADN offices can't give out specific answers, so I'm not expecting much from the email I just sent to them. If I recall, they stated once that it's a two semester average wait with a 3.8gpa. There's a big difference between two semsters and two years!!

So I am looking to you guys... For all those who have made it into the school - how long (how many semesters) did you have to wait? If you don't mind my asking. It's soooo hard to budget my future with all these conflicting timeframes!!

Also, I'd consider going to UT for my BSN instead, but I hear ACC is a better program and more highly respected in the industry... have you guys heard anything about that before? Anyways, looking for some kind of clue. Good luck to you all!! And thanks for your time and help!!!
