Learning/Understanding how Nurses think!

Allnurses.com has provided me with the insight and understanding how Nurses (especially Nursing Faculty and Students) think and what they are faced with after graduation and throughout their respective careers. Thoughts and comments on dealing with patients, procedures, coworkers, subordinates/superiors (in the administrative arena) has helped me better deal with them within an educational framework.
