Low GPA, no PreReqs, how should I start?

Hi all,

I have been reading several posts in this forum. My question would be how and where should I start? I recently graduated from college in May with my BA. However, I had a really low GPA because I didn't apply myself. Now, I really want to go to nursing school. With the competitive nature of the programs I don't know if it will ever happen. I haven't taken any of the prereqs so I'm hoping if I take them at Southwest then it will help in boosting my GPA and show I'm capable of making good grades. I haven't registered for the southwest classes yet and want to get started this January. Is it too tale to start taking my prereqs there? Any advice on how to start this right?
