I have a couple of questions about Southwest

Hello everyone! I live in Marion Arkansas.I am looking into going to nursing school.My best friend looked into the radiology tech program at Southwest several years ago.She didn't even take any prereqs there bcse of two things.They didn't grant in state tuition rates to residents in surrounding counties out of state.They also didn't participate in the federal financial aid program besides the pell grant.She ended up going to UofM and becoming a teacher.They grant in state tuition to Crittenden county residents.She was also able to take out loans.I was wondering if the policies have changed at Southwest like they have at UofM.Thanks everyone for your help.I wish everyone the best of luck on their endeavors.
