    I interviewed today for the Peds track! I can't wait to hear back! The 3 women who interviewed me were very nice and the questions weren't so bad. I will be praying until the middle of November I get a position, but they said people traveled from out of the country to interview.

    They don't do Skype interviews? I thought they did. Maybe it was another thread that I read that on but I thought that Vanderbilt did Skype interviews for people out of the area.

    They do Skype interviews, but it is strongly suggested that you appear in person.

    You mean doing a Skype interview would affect how they rate you? That's odd. I wonder why they even offer them. I live on an island and will be applying at several places throughout the country so it gets very expensive with airfare and hotel. I guess I am thinking I will get a lot of interviews. Not sure if that is the case.

    Hello everyone.. Good luck to the winter 2012 cohort! I will be applying to the 2012 summer cohort in November. I am very excited to be graduating in May. I can't decide if I want to do women's health or critical care? I love both! Also, Do you submit any recommendation letters?

    Yes, you submit two clinical instructor recommendation letters and there is a scoring sheet they fill out stating whether or not they recommend you. All of the required materials will be sent to you via email once they begin accepting applications.

    I applied and interviewed for the 2012 Winter Pediatric Track, should have an answer mid November.

    Tomorrow's the last day of interviews! 1-2 more weeks of waiting for the interview results... Aaaahhh! Anxiety!!!
