You really should call the Board of Nursing in Nashville and speak with someone regarding the boards position on on-line nursing.
currently they are not that happy with programs like Regents and Excelsior.... "the clinical hours provided do not meet the state guidelines and the board is reviewing whether or not to allow such practice" this is what they told me a couple years ago.
I have to agree, taking online courses is different from taking online clinical and then having 3 days to check off of skills.
I personally feel like the Regents programs and such are for people that can't make the 'grade' to get into 'ground' programs. Getting in is easy, staying there shows ability!
