New grad RN jobs near Nashville

Hey everyone,
I graduated last year December from a nursing school in Hawaii, and getting a job as a new grad is so hard. Does anyone know how competitive it is in Tennessee? I want to get a job in a hospital doing med-surg, pediatrics, or the NICU. Where are good places to apply? I'm not familiar with Tennessee but after doing some research so far I found Vanderbilt, Baptist, and St. Thomas. Any advice would help & be appreciated!!
