    I work at Vanderbilt. New grad pay starts at 17.25, $1 for critical care, $3 for nights, and $6 for weekend. I would say that is comparable to the other NAshville area hospitals.

    What is the best hospital to work at in Nashville? I would love to work at Vanderbilt when I graduate, but I'm not familiar with the other hospitals. We plan to move to the Nashville area in a couple of years, so it would be nice to have an idea of the best (and not-so-great) places to work.
