Need advice- St Thomas or Baptist ER?

Hi,

I just moved to Nashville and I have been offered two positions in ERs. The first offer was for Baptist ER night shift and the second was for St Thomas ER either 10-10 or night shift. After interviewing with both, I am more inclined to accept the St Thomas position because they offered a dollar more an hour, offered self scheduling with barely any weekends, and their patient population seemed more in line with what I am used to (cardiac complaints, adults, little kids or OB patients.

Just curious if anyone knows anything about either hospital and would be willing to offer advice about which one is better.
