LPN movin' to Nashville

Hey Y'all, I'm planning on moving to Nashville in the summer of 2011. I see there are a boat load of jobs avail in and around Nashville. I'm a LPN with 20 yrs exp and working on my BSN. Right now I live in Fl and work as a manger in LTC making $22/hr. I have extensive experience also in cardiac nursing (cath lab, paramedic). Can anyone give me an idea of the pay in the Nashville area for an expericenced LPN? Maybe some ideas too on cost of living and safe/close by areas to live.
