    Are any other new grads having as much trouble as I am finding a job as i am? I have been applying and all I'm hearing is that I wasn't selected for the job but will keep your resume on file. Any suggestions or encouraging words will be greatly appreciated.Thanks

    Im not graduated yet but I volunteered in three hospitals ER's and got a job as a nursing student. So you should probably do something else fisrt and get to know people in the area you want.

    Most new grads that I know got a job because they were already working for the hospital during nursing school.
