by klpn306 Feb 28, '10I have been an LPN since 2006 and am now looking for an LPN to RN program. There are 2 schools that interest me right now and that's Dyersburg Community college and Southwest Tennessee Community college. I was just wondering if anyone can tell me about the LPN to RN programs at either school.
Also, I was told that the DSCC program is grant funded, so do you have to fill out financial aid to get it,even if you are paying out of pocket.
Thanks, any information is greatly appreciated.

- Apr 16, '10 by Jahnae10Hello, I do not know if you found your answer already but I do not think the program being grant funded has anything to do with paying for school privately. The grant the school receives for the program pays for the teachers salaries and such. You should be able to pay for school any way you want without having to fill out any financial aid. Hope this helps you!!!!
Good Luck,
