CNA pay at UT medical center.

Hi all! I'm currently a CNA in an Alzheimer's unit at an assisted living facility but I've been thinking about moving on to a hospital and maybe applying at UT or Parkwest. I'm not really sure what kind of wages to expect though and I was wondering if anyone could give me an idea? Also, if any of you have worked at these hospitals and how was your experience?
