    Hello all:

    Forgive me if this material is redundant, as I am sure it is, but as someone not familiar with the Chat area, I am not sure what is within Nursing school distance. I may move to Chat this Fall. I will apply to Chattanooga State.

    What is Chattanooga's reputation as far as acceptance? I have a 3.2, years of EMT experience and will probably do well on the placement test.

    What other RN programs are offered within reasonable community distance from Chattanooga?

    I am from Cleveland Tn, about 30 miles north of Chattanooga, and Cleveland State Community College has an RN program with a good reputation. There are other programs in the area, but the ones I know of are LPN or Bachelor of Science programs. My neighbor got accepted into the Chatt State program; it probably will not be terribly difficult with your medical experience and good grade point average. Good luck!
