Cath Lab Call Pay

I will be interviewing for a cath lab position next week. It will be less hours than I work now, but it will have call pay.

I was curious if anyone could clue me in on what the standard call pay is for carrying pager and what the call back pay typically is. Since TN pay is lower all around, I'd like to get a feel for the standard call practices.

This is in East TN but I'll take any info from anywhere in TN!
