Vandy Nurse Residency Help

Hello! I'm graduating this spring with BSN and looking at Vandy's nurse residency program. For those of you who did this, does the residency program end 1 year after the start date or 1 year after you are matched to your floor? Any tips for interviews? Did you enjoy the program? Thanks! Just weighing pros and cons of all the nashville hospitals!
