I work for Vanderbilt's Children's Hospital. They have a Pediatric Nurse Residency Program which is for new grads it includes the PICU. It is a six month program which includes class time as well as preceptor time. I will start in July They take applicants for a spring class which starts in January and a fall class which starts in July.
