Does anyone know the starting pay for RNs at UT Knoxville..or know of anyone who did the OR residency program?

I would also love to know about the OR residency program. I talked to someone (I can't remember her name)over the program last year. But would like to talk to someone that actually went through it.

I was recently told starting pay is 18.75/hr with 15% shift diffs:0( I can forward you their email from the " nurse recruiter" If you PM me.
