St. Frances NICU

Does anyone know if St. Francis (Park-memphis) NICU is still closing? The reason why I asked is because I was offered a job here and at Baptist and I am leaning more toward St. Francis but dont want to start a job if its not liable to be there a year from now.

Please any comments or advice good or bad would be welcomed.
