Relocation Assistance/ pay in TN?

Hell all!!! I currently live in Florida, but am moving to TN (knoxville area) when I finish RN school in less than a year. Does anyone know of any hospitals that offer relocation assistance? Also, if you know of any pay ranges for new grads that would be great too! I was told by a recruiter that UT was only 17.75/hr. Is that the norm for this area?

Thanks-
Vanessa

I'll just say welcome to Knoxville. I'm still working on pre-reqs so I can't help with the salaries here. But I can give you some links to area hospitals.

www.blountmemorial.org (I live in Blount county so this is where I plan on working)

There is also Baptist but St Marys bought them out. They are now a part of Mercy Health Partners

From what I have gathered from my friends that work in Knoxville the starting pay is around 17.50-19.00 depending on specialty areas and differentials( nights, Weekends). That is what it seems to be in a lot of the bigger cities in TN like nashville and chattanooga as well. But of course PRN gets paid like 30-40 dollars an hr depending on where you go.
