Relocating from New Orleans, LA to Nashville possibly???

Hi all,
Newbie to this forum… A co-worker of mine uses this site religiously, and he urged me to check it out to have all of my “nursing woes” answered!!! J
I am a RN-BSN with 1-2 years adult critical care experience that is looking to move out of hurricane alley and trade it in for some finer living. My wife and I are considering three relocation areas: Dallas/Ft. Worth, Nashville, and Little Rock/Hot Springs. I was hoping to find out from some of you in the area how you like it.
My salary is $21.50 c benefits, $27.50 s benefits. I receive a $3/hr. ICU diff, and my other diffs are $3/$4/$5 (e/n/w). Could you tell me how far off this is with your salaries?
Thanks a ton. Our heads are spinning with so many questions, and we aren’t sure where to find all of the answers.

I'm confident that you'd earn more than your current salary in any Nashville or Dallas/Ft Worth ICU. Good luck as you choose a new location!
