Rate of Pay

Looking at buying a home in Tennessee and relocating. I am currently living and working as a Labor&Delivery RN in the southwest. What is the hourly rate that RN's are making? State tax here 8.9% and the average home is $250,00 I have been an RN for 4years and make about $29 an hour plus $5 shift diff. And is there a wed site to compare each states rate of pay for RN's?

Thanks for any input you can give.
