Question about Nursing Applications.

I submitted my application to the nursing program because in April, for the 2010 program. (I know I know that's really early, considering the deadline is not until Jan.) but I got excited. Anywho- How do I know if they have recieved it yet? I turned it into the admissions office in Oak Ridge. Do they send letters out that they have recieved it? If so when and when are we supposed to take the pre admission test? How much of a notice do they give you to study for it? Thanks in advance
