Question about book debinding?

I am trying to get my Med/Surg book debound and three hole punched, so I can put it in a notebook and only take out the chapters I need. Then I don't have to carry the whole book around. I went to Kinko's as another person on here (from another state) suggested, but they don't do hardbound books in Knoxville, apparently. Does anyone know of a place that does debinding of hardbound books around here?
