New Job

I recently graduated and started private duty nursing. I decided to leave after a year, and got a job at a very well-established assited living facility. I just need some tips on how to handle the new job and what would be my greatest challenges in this line of work? thanks!!!

Default Re: New Job
I have never worked in assisted living. It doesn't seem like a very popular area of nursing to work in. Sorry I can't help you but have you tried talking to some other experienced nurses who work at your facility?
