Nashville Hospital Ratings for RNs

I am new to the nashiville area and am wondering if anyone has any information about the best hospitals to work for for RNs. I am primarily looking to stay in the critical care area. I know about Vanderbilt but i am particularly wondering about the tri star hospitals (Summit Hospital in Hermitage) and University Medical Center in Lebanon. Any info about these hospitals or any others would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I wish you the best of luck in your job search. I don't know enough about either to make a recommendation.
