LPN-RN at RSTCC

Has anyone completed or is competing the LPN-RN transition? Is it hard to get into I already have all my pre-reqs done except something they call communications or something like that. I read that the LPN-RN track is based on the amount of applicants applying. Anyone with info would be greatly appreciated. TIA
