LPN to RN Options in Nashville

I am from Indiana, considering moving to Nashville. I will be done with the practical nurse program this year. I had planned to continue at my school with the RN program. My school has an accelerated program for LPNs that transitions them into RNs. Takes one intense year. Does any college or vocational school in Nashville offer a program like they do here? Ours is called "LPN track". My long term career goal is Hospice. Thank you to anybody that can help me.
