lpn/hospice salaries

I'm a 15yr. hospice LPN, relocating to the Nashville area. Could someone please advise me of a salary range for my level and exprience? Also, I would appreciate any advice re:really good hospice or pvt duty agencies and ones that I should avoid. Thanks!!

I've only been a LPN for 6 years, and I make $18 in home health, and made $17.26 in the hospital job I just left. I have heard at the hospital that LPN's top out around $18-19 so I would imagine it's in that range for hospice as well.
