ICUs in Nashville

I will be graduating soon from nursing school and I am looking for an ICU job in the Nashville area. I particularly like Vanderbilt and I was wondering if anyone who works in an ICU at Vandy could tell me anything about it, such as do you like it or not, the pros and cons. If you have anything to say about any of the other hospital's ICUs for the area that would be great too.

I am also a nursing student in middle TN....i have also been looking at Vandy...however I have discovered that the CV ICU and any Peds areas are requiring the "new" residency programs and are asking for a 2 yr "commitment"
