How long did it take for you to hear back from Vanderbilt Nurse Residency Program ?

Girls! You all need to chill. I've been a nurse for 4 years and wanted to work at Vanderbilt since I graduated. Well, I got my opportunity in Jan and quit 3 wks ago. I should have listened to all the people that told me to stay far away from that place. You will never work with such snotty, cliquey, backstabbing people. It pervades both hospitals. Nurses get this attitude that they're something special and above everyone because they work at "Vandy". I stayed longer than I should have. Yes, I did learn alot and made a few friends, but having headaches and nausea on the way to work is sooooo not worth it.

This sitting around and waiting for an e-mail is killling me! I talked to ***** on Friday and she said the board was meeting on Monday to decide...we should know any day. However, I want to know NOW

Oh, wow. That's nerve wracking. I'm not sure I wanted to know that! Hehe.
