How do you think this bill if passed would efffect you as a registered nurse

I am writing a letter to the Tn state legislature for my leadership and management class. I was just wondering how you feel as a registered nurse about allowing certified nurses aids to become certified medicine techs. You can get on the TN state general assembly to view the bill. Bill # SB0009. I just need some in put about how you feel this would effect you as a registered nurse in the state of Tennessee.
