How to apply for licensure by examination in TN?


I have reviewed Tennessee board of nursing website. I feel so stupid because I cannot find the "Licensure by examination" application form. All I find is licensure by endorsement or renewal applications. Can anyone help a lost soon the be graduate?

I found it for you on the Tennessee Board of Nursing website. http://health.state.tn.us/boards/Nur...plications.htm
Go to the applications tab then
Rn Endorsement Instructions and Applications
It should open up the application page in a pdf format

If this doesn't help you need to contact the board of nursing. If they don't help. You need to talk to your Dean of Nursing because I think schools usually request them for you. This is what my school did for us

Same here .... ours was all set up through school, other than actually scheduling the testing date.
