Endorsement info

Hi all,

I currently live in Arkansas, have my Arkansas license and am thinking about moving to TN eventually and if so, will need to apply for endorsement in TN. I know that I will need to have a criminal background check and a physical address before applying. I was able to download the application and know that I can use the Nursys site for verification, but I was told by the BON that I'd need to send in the app before getting the kit - but - that everything must be sent in at one time.

I'm confused. Certainly it can't be this difficult.

I did call the TN BON. I think the rep was a little flustered at all my meticulous questions :-( I am sure I am making this more difficult than it needs to be - I just need to be hit with a clue-by-four
