East Tenn Children's Hospital

Does anyone here work at East Tenn children's hospital? I have been an RN since Jan. 08 (with NICU experience) and considering moving to ETCH. I am currently working in lexington at a children's hospital. Any information (payrate, scheduling, hours, neighborhood location, ect)would be great, thanks so much in advance!

I heard from a friend that works there that they start new RN off at $18.50.
