Cost of Living Index Comparison for TN Cities

For those of you considering a move to Tennessee or from one TN city to another TN city, the following link should be helpful. It is a Cost of Living Index comparison for cities across TN. These figures were issued by the State of TN......Economic and Community Development.

Am I right in reading that according to that COL sheet, Memphis and Nashvile are both cheaper than Chattanooga, and Knoxville is the cheapest to live in of the 4 big cities, and nearly the cheapest in the listed cities?

Where can we get an updated one?
