careplan parathyroidectomy help!!!

I have a careplan due Mon. on a parathyroidectomy pt post op. really put my foot in my mouth this time volunteering to do an "endocrine" careplan which by the way is my most loved and best subject(dripping sarchasm) any help wouldbe greatly appreciated.7 wks to graduation and 7 careplans to go ...think I might just burst
