Calling all Vandy Nurses!!!

Are there any nurses out there who currently works for Vanderbilt and who went through or know people who have gone through the nurse residency program? Do you know if there has been talk about cutting the number of nurses they will be selecting due to the economy? Any info about the program or about Vandy in general is welcome here. Thanks!
