Work from Home?

Hi. I am a fairly new RN with 5yr Med-Surg/ER/OB experience in a critical access hospital in rural Nebraska. I currently commute 75 miles one way to work. I am wanting to start a family and be home with my husband more and therefore looking for a career change. Jobs in this area are hard to come by and are usually kept once found! I have tried to find at home jobs for nurses with not much luck! Can anyone help me with ideas and/or links to companies offering this sort of position? Thanks!
