    I hate to rush thru a call. I like to take a few extra seconds to make sure my Pt. understands my instructions. I don't always feel comfortable playing a tape of instructions-sometimes yes but not always.

    A tape recording does not allow for any questions nor does it allow any way to verify if the Pt. understands the instructions.

    But Administration likes to see speed.
