Does anyone know anything about the company? Schedule? Administration? Good company to work for? I have never done telephone triage before. I have a critical care and PACU background. I am looking for something more suitable for my home life (3 children and a husband who would out of town frequently). I have applied for the position and spoke with a recruiter. I would just like to hear from someone who has worked there.

Really? Not micromanaged? Then you are not an employee. You must be a sup. Way way too micromanaged..Like a GPS tracker. All the screens are monitored. They know instantly what you are doing. Going to the bathroom for 2 minutes requires permission.

Because the Nurses realize they have been purposely misinformed shortly after being hired.. Don't waste your time..

I have worked at Carenet Healthcare doing triage for two years and moving to a state they do not hire from. I would love more info if available as I am looking for a new job

ALL of the comments nurses wrote that were saying RUN Away and RUN RUN RUN are absolutely true!! I am a seasoned nurse and well-educated and honestly this is the worse job ever! They micro-manage and lie lie lie to you to where they almost have you brainwashed!! You choose a shift and they take it away and give you something else stating that is the one you chose! They tell you in precepting that you said things or did not say things that NEVER happened.The nurses who stay are either brainwashed or have medical issues which prevent them from taking other employment! To boot, they ONLY pay $25/hour, make you get licensure in all 50 states, drop approx. $6500 in your 1st or 2nd paycheck to pay for all the licensure and fees and tell you it is a condition of employment but none of this is explained to you up front!! If you leave before a year is up, they make you pay back the $6500!!! They force you out by intimidation especially when they are not meeting the requirements of their government contract which is the largest one they have! Our class made them write a clause into the payback contract but they found a way around that, as well!! The whole company is pitiful and unprofessional and they are not supportive or encouraging. Sick sick sick----stay away, far away if you want to keep your main license and livelihood!!!
