Any Ohio Jobs

I am interested in Telephone triage nursing home based. I have watched the Intellicare web site and noted the postions are usually in Texas or Portland and i am on Ohio. Does anyone know of any Ohio based firms? I have a lot of experience in TT as a family nurse practitioner and fine I like this field very much. I discovered the triage jobs here are usually past along inside the organizations and not advertised.
