    Heya u good? My name's Guti and I'm an Italian general nurse. Do u know what is needed for someone to work in the US? u live in the states right? I heard about some tofal exams and English exams but not sure... Can someone please help me... I work in A&E in London and though nurses here make a lot of money, I would like to work in the US... Please do reply! Many thanks!!

    Do you know where in the US you're relocating to?
    I wonder if you could contact The Board Of Nursing in that State and ask what kind of requirements you will need. I would bet you would have to take the NCLEX here, too.
    Just a thought.
